This was my budget choice for a downtown hotel during a convention. The location was perfect. Everything was clean. The staff was accommodating. It did have the best morning coffee (free) of any budget hotel I've ever stayed in.

Just on the edge of the french quarters we had the best time here. Rooms not very big but comfortable and clean. Staff excellent and very helpful. Breafast was fantastic. Would highly recommend a stay here.
