The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing they did forget to mention was the room key was needed in the elevator in order to select your room floor. the room and lobby were both clean and spacious. The staff helped with luggage storage prior to our room being ready and after checkout.

Stayed here during Jazz Fest 2013. Hotel is in walking distance to just about everything. Short walk to streetcar stop and you can catch a ride to anywhere further than you'd like to walk.
