Very nice lobby, with lots of meeting space, free breakfast and coffee. The location is far enough from the French quarter to be quiet, but close enough to easily get there.

Stayed here for Jazzfest. Right on the verge of the french quarter, one block to Canal street, one block to Poydras. Easy to hop on the streetcar. Nice room, friendly staff, free generic buffet breakfast.
This was my 5th year staying at hotel during Jazz Fest. A very friendly staff and great service. My room was clean and comfortable. It is steps away from French Quarter and the Arts District. John the bartender is wonderful and keeps the bar hopping. Also, very safe...with security at front door.
Perfect is quite the standard to live up to, but we definitely do everything we can! I am thrilled to hear that we have added to so many great Jazz Fest memories for you. Its a fantastic time to be in the city. Hopefully you get to come back for trip number 6 next year!
