This hotel exceeded my expectations the moment I entered the front door. After a rough flight, having a staff that really wanted to go out of their way to help was refreshing. We were able to check in early for a much needed rest, and were given a full suite, which was absolutely gorgeous. Clean, comfortable, elegantly furnished. One of... More

We spent Memorial Day weekend at the Windsor Court. The recent renovations have returned the hotel to its pre-Katrina condition. The years after Katrina were pretty tough on the hotel, its staff and the guests. With the renovations complete the hotel is again our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. The breakfast voucher is a bit odd. Get the... More

Just returned from first visit to new orleans. I almost cried upon seeing the room (full suite), really disappointing. Forbes rated it 4 star which i can no longer rely on. Carpet ripped and (obviously) frayed near entrance to dressing area and walls, like cheap carpet that was laid in a hurry. Living room furniture appeared dated and refurbished. Huge... More

When the Windsor Court first opened, it was an impressive addition to the NO hotel scene. The suites were spacious and well-decorated. But time and Katrina have not been good to it. With renovation, it has overcome the effects of Katrina. But time remains an issue. The suites are still generously-sized but the bathrooms do not have the separate shower... More

I've stayed at the WC many times over the past 10 years and it had gotten very tired, especially after Katrina. The newly decorated rooms look terrific and are in keeping with the look and feel of the hotel. My only complaint is the bathrooms weren't given as much attention and are still not vented (which with the humidity down... More

Everything went perfectly. From the valet to housekeeping, we were very pleased with our stay. We were upgraded to a full suite with a marvelous view of the Mississippi River. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that the huge bath area has the old tiny tub and shower combo. The vanity areas are... More

The entire hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful. The attention paid to details in the guest room were the best thought out I've seen. For example, the closets had a separation of sorts, which clearly implied "my side, your side". A place for shoes. Two bureaus. Upon entering the bathroom, the first thing you see is the sink but-not... More

The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms are updated and very large. Continental Breakfast for two came with the room. They said you could order anything on the menu up to $23. Watch out!!! The first breakfast we ordered eggs instead. The side toast was $13.!! Breakfast for 4 just eggs and juice $149. Stick to the continental and watch... More

Great hotel, great rooms, great staff and great location. I've stayed at this hotel twice now and will definitely return. Rooms are large comfortable and extremely well appointed. Beds are super comfy. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation to anyone.

Spent 3 nights at the Windsor Court hotel while at a convention in New Orleans. Terrific location, walkable to both the convention center and Bourbon St. Just across the street from the casino. Large, well furnished and maintained rooms. Beautiful lobby and bar areas with plenty of seating for meeting business associates. Great service. Only complaint is that the food... More
