Stayed here April 23-27, 2012. Cheapest option with my 3 priority points and the place matches the rest of the city: kind of ugly, smelly and need of repairs. The location is wonderful, close to street car line and within walking distance of the French 1/4. I was a little disappointed that ice machines were only located on every other floor. When I asked for directions to a specific resturant the clerk said " it's pretty complicated, here's their phone number" Location and rate are great
