We have stayed here once before and came back again this year. It is hard to find a fault with this place. It can get a little over run with kids during half term but that included our own kids so cannot complain. Great place. Will definitely be back again soon.

Just returned from week at the Kaiser, and thanks to the whole team who made it such a wonderful holiday. Great food, helpful and friendly staff, clean and well appointed throughout. Good pools and well organised kids club. Great access to the mountains. Couldn't recommend highly enough for families looking for a mountain holiday.

Just as good as last year. Hotel great, facilities first class, skiing 2 minutes away and in a vast area too. Once the kids get over 12 years as they go free up 'til then, can't see why we would want to go anywhere else!
