We spent a wonderful week at the Royal Sea Cliff. The units have air conditioning which you don't find everywhere on the Big Island. Nice large living room/dining room off of the lanai. We really enjoyed everything about this place. Staff was great, our two bedroom unit was huge. Great sunsets and community grills to use. Just rent a car it is a little hike to town. Also, we did the timeshare presentation to get $100 off our activities. It was some serious high pressure sales, don't do if you say yes easily.

We just returned from a week's stay at this wonderful place. The setting is absolutely gorgeous! The condo we stayed in was huge with every possible amenity. Everything is clean and well-groomed; the programs at the pool (all free with food, entertainment and information - and no timeshare sales!!!) were all wonderful. Huge rooms, great location, nice walk to "town", helpful staff. Decor somewhat dated but comfortable and our 2 bedroom was just huge! Kitchen was very well stocked. Easy access to Kona and numerous surrounding attractions.
