We stayed here via a timeshare exchange through RCI. thanks to trip advisor I knew that the units were not decorated in a current manner, not on the beach etc. As I knew what to expect I really enjoyed the unit we had (unit 71). Our unit had a golf course view and was 2bdrm and 2.5 bath - the... More

stayed for 3 glorious weeks in April 2012. family of 4 (2 kids 7 and 5). after loading up on groceries, was an awesome place. away from the hustle of kona town. ok sure it is a distance away, but you are in hawaii, enjoy. the pools/hot tubs were small, but almost never had anyone there with us, while we... Spent a week here on a get away. The staff was super friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything. The place was super quiet. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I enjoyed it.

We spent 9 days here, our 2nd time visiting our timeshare. The grounds are spectacular, though if you're looking for a place on the ocean this isn't it. Room was great, though if you read some other reviews that say the rooms are old and dated. They are clean, spacious and we slept 6 here comfortably all week plus it... More

Great location have been coming for several years, but this property is getting well used needs a refresh, our owner fees go up and up but the service gets less and less, no wonder people don't pay there maintenance fees, this year it was almost $ 1500. For a week. At Paniola I pay $700. For a week... Go figure..... More

We have owned a one week timeshare here for 12 years. We just returned from a 10 day stay. It is a quiet location (away from downtown Kona). At the end of each day we walk down the road until it ends, sit on the rock wall with a glass of wine and watch the sunset while the humpback whales... More

We just returned from 2 weeks here. Four of us occupied a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. We all loved it - great. The pool was just outside our unit and hardly used. It was like having a private pool - great. The staff was fabulous - knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, helpful. The location was great - away from the... More

We stayed her for a week with my extended family occupying two separate apartments. (2 bd, 2bth each). Nice and private, quiet and away from the traffic of town, but close enough to get anywhere. The unit next to ours (they are situated in groupings of 4 or 5 two-story units) was owned by the inhabitants, so I believe the... More

We recently stayed one week in a one bedroom condo (unit 5534) as part of a timeshare trade through Trading Places. While there are many good things to say about the exterior of this resort (e.g., location, landscaping, quiet, pools, etc…), we left disappointed, primarily due to the interior of our condo. The décor seemed like it hadn’t been updated... More
