We were happy to stay here on Sept 7 - 9, 2011. We were offered a bay view room as a platinum priority club member upgrade. The room was a bit small but we had a balcony which was great even if it was cold and rainy. We like being able to step out, even briefly, and see the ships.... More

Basic hotel but adequate, continental breakfast provided

Wonderful view of the harbor....sail boats,cruise ships, mountains in the background....just Beautiful!!! Plus, not sure if everyone got the same attention but, the staff, mainly Jessica, took special care of us,,, could not have asked for more... All First Rate!!!

Spent 4 nights here in September. It's a good hotel and meets all Holiday inn Standards. However they are not really geared up for meetings or tours where a hundred people come to breakfast at once or need to check out at once. Staff helpful if overwhelmed.

We spent one rainy night in Seward. The Holidayy Inn Express was a bright spot of the stay. Typical tasty and hot HI breakfast. The room was very comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the harbor. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was outstanding! If we return, we will stay at the HI.
