My kids loved this place! It was hard to get them to behave like they weren't at home, because they just felt like they were. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating, even the guests on the elevator.

This is the ONLY hotel in downtown Seattle that is right on the water (literally).
It is a rustic, yet modern hotel. The rooms are very rustic with fireplaces and log beds. But I appreciated that the bathroom was updated modern touches. The carpet in our room could be updated though.
I reserved a room with a water view and...

Not a bad hotel if you get a reduced rate, but really not a 4 star. Halls and carpets beat up, but bathroooms appear to be updated, so maybe there is a rolling upgrade in progess. Convenient to the cruise ships, but not the place to be if you want to avoid thousands of tourists jockeying with their oversized roller...

My wife & I stayed here for 1 night in a water view room as part of our Wedding Anniversary vacation. It is quite expensive, but it is a luxury hotel in every sense & you cannot beat the location (especially if you are going to take the Victoria Clipper the next day as we did). Everything in the city...

Great quite hotel. Rooms are very comfortable ans cozy. Showers are great, feels like a small waterfall surrounded by stones. Breakfast is tasty though limited, but the view compensates for it. Prices are high. Insist on a water side room.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights and the service was amazing! Comfortable bed, amazing water front view. Every staff member we saw was fantastic! Desk personnel, valets, even the maids always greeted us when we walked by. Would definitely stay there again!
Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend in May. The hotel is well located & has a good view from the bar, but that's really the only positives I can find. Ridiculously expensive valet park as the only option, tiny rooms with corridor noise all night, staff who ranged from sullen to spectacularly incompetent. The meal in the restaurant we...

Very close to NCL Cruising peer and this is why we stayed here. Rooms were very small and noise level from the railway was disturbing. Served the purpose.Wouldn't stay here otherwise.
Got this hotel after a recommendation.
First of all: the noise. The train runs right in front of it. The paper thin walls filter nothing and you hear the noisy people just if they were in your room. The room doors are slamming. All this will keep you awake.
Then, it looks like there are so many (not sophisticated) customers...

Thank you for your comments and sorry to learn that the trains bothered you. They are very much part of the wonderful experience of Seattle's waterfront and very important part at that.
Please feel free to contact me directly so that I may assist you in your lost and found situation.
Best regards.

I spent one night at the Edgewater Hotel in May of 2012. I got a price of $150 on Priceline, which was maybe a bit pricey but not too bad. The location is pretty good for access to downtown; I like to walk, and I was within a mile of pretty much everything you'd want to see or do in...
