I travel 20 plus weeks of the year for my job. I try and stay in "boutique" hotels, mainly due to the price vs. accomodations scenario. Chain hotels are nice but impersonable where boutique hotels are much more personal and have a tendancy to make you feel at home. I recently stayed at the Hotel Max, this time for a... More

Stayed here for a business meeting and was very pleased. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaraunts and shopping malls. There are 2 starbucks locations on the block, but why bother because the coffee at the hotel is phenomenal. Ok onto the room, the beds are wonderful! You can choose between a huge selection of pillows from... More

We checked into Hotel Max after being scammed by a limo company who sent two cars to pick us up at the airport and charged us for both cars. When I made reservations at Hotel Max I asked if the corner room on the 10th floor was available. I was told it was and we would get it. But then... More

Husband and I stayed 2 nights in mid May 2012 on our first visit to Seattle. Hotel Max was recommended on TA. Good location, very clean, quiet, terrific comfortable beds, modern hotel. However, we were quite disappointed with some of the front desk staff. Upon our Noon arrival there was only 1 person staffing the front desk, numerous guests arriving,... More

Hotel Max was much cheaper than a number of other hotels in the area. I found it to be clean and comfortable, with funky modern decor. The staff were friendly, and welcoming. They were able to accommodate a late check out, which really helped make our trip to seattle. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I organised a small business meeting here (10 people) last year and the staff were so helpful in getting things set up and before hand. The food with the package was excellent quality and the meeting rooms, and lounge area were suitably cool. I loved the rooms here and the art work. Highly recommend for business trips. Also the location... More

We got a queen 1bdrm on the 10th floor. We had our little baby with us who needed a crib to sleep in. The room was so small there was no room for the crib. We were promptly moved to another room that had two dbls, which was much bigger and spacious. Later to find out one of the beds... More

Dear reginafalan (Boston, Massachusetts), Thank you for the feedback and I apologize that the bed did not meet your needs. The Groupon promotion was intended for rooms with Queens. We will look into the room opportunity with the mattress. My email is "jimc@hotelmaxseattle.com." Regards, Jim Chittenden General Manager More

Stayed at the Hotel Max for 2 days while in Seattle. My husband and I were looking for a place reasonably priced and close to attractions downtown. Hotel Max was a great find. Rooms & beds very comfortable. They even have a pillow menu if you are choosy about your pillows. Shower small but manageable. The hotel is only a... More

Stayed here with my husband for one night. We booked through a third party deal, which included valet parking. Service was alright. We had to circle the streets and got honked at when we were trying to get valet to take our car. I actually had to run into the hotel while my husband circled the block yet again to... More

Dear branmoof on 5/22/12, Thank you for the feedback. I apologize that the valet arrival was confusing. Twice a day for three hours each the front door/valet area is a bus zone and we are not allowed by the city to accept vehicles during those hours which is why guests have to drive around the block to the alternative area....
