This hotel had everything imaginable. They gave me a sixth floor/ king/ balcony room that was pretty quiet even though it's intront of the airport. There was no refridgerator (as I've learned more and more places are starting to lack one). Everybody was very profession and went above and beyond. I had an small incident and Carolyn the manager went out of her way to rectify it. Now THAT is customer service. Quiet and nice. Would recommend.

A typical airport hotel, nothing fantastic but moves up a few notches for its location. It is nice not being beholden to the shuttle, but saying that it seemed to be easily available here. I loved this hotel. The company I work for is headquartered right next door to it so it is only a 3 minute walk. Out the front doors of international terminal, turn right and walk about 5minutes and you are there! No need to wait for shuttle. As long as its not raing or real cold you are better off walking. The hotel itself is a little bit dated and could do with a refurb, however the staff are absolutely fantastic and made the stay very good. Free wifi throuout the hotel and literally walking distance from the airport. Great for business trips, not so sure if you were on vacation.
