Nice suites and great breakfast with reasonable parking. We enjoyed a special weekend package and the dependable Hampton Inn consistency was the reason I chose this hotel over several others in the area.

Location, parking, breakfast, rooms, living amenities and staff were very good. However, the in-room A/C system for suites is obsolete, noisy and under capacity. Very uncomfortable when there is a small increase of temp. in Seattle; and this happened to my wife and me - A/C system needs a full change.

Great price. Really nice breakfast. Attentive staff everywhere. Well maintained inside and out. Only two concerns. 1. One of the two bedrooms in our suite was quite cramped; the other very spacious. 2. Two out of 3 phones in our suite did not work. Other than that, great value and would stay there again.

I picked this hotel due to the close proximity and location to Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc.) and the location of great restaurants within walking distance; it is close to Lower Queen Anne. Hotel was very clean, 3 blocks from the space needle and monorail. Excellent room service and breakfast (pre-made eggs, omelets, breakfast meat (sausage/bacon), oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh fruit,...). The fitness center was being upgraded during my stay, though the origianlal room remained open. Would return to this location.

Excellent value for money at this hotel. We were very impressed by the quality of staff. They were extremely helpful at all times. We would recommend this to others who would want a quality stay. Thanks again to Hampton Inn and Suites for a great experience.

Totally a find! I was blown away. We walked a short walk from Seattle center monorail with our luggage and it was hot and muggy. We were greeted with cold water bottles at the front desk. After some research, we wanted to stay at the Maxwell, but it was booked. The Hampton Inn is just down the block and much, much cheaper. I very much enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff is veery nice, the rooms and ammenities are great and the hotel is convenient for late night eating in a great location downtown. I was surprised parking cost extra, but it's secured in a locked garage.
