We arrived into Seattle and wanted somewhere to stay. A friend said "lets try Bacon Mansion" We arrived on their doorstep at 5.30pm. We were in luck,2 rooms spare. The staff here were very helpful. Walking distance to Broadway street and all the eateries and bars.

The masion was a delight full of old charm and character. Well worth a visit. Great location fro shops and food too

I stayed in the Carriage Loft which is basically the attic over the garage. The room was well furnished, and cozy. Be warned, however that the stairs leading up are narrow and steep, so if you're not agile consider a different room. We just returned from our son's wedding in Seattle and were so happy we chose The Bacon Mansion! My daughter and I stayed overnight and we were really impressed. The bedding was wonderfu., Everything was very clean, and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was great. The owner, Darryl was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended for a unique place to stay, Hope to come back again.

The Bacon Mansion is located just a few blocks from Capitol Hill in Seattle- which is full of great restaurants. I would much rather stay in an area like this over downtown Seattle.
