Perfect location for walking round Seattle. Hotel is luxurious and very accommodating. Staff was great. Room was a good size and comfortable. Blackout shades made sleeping great. Bathroom was palatial. Only major criticism is the charge for wifi in the room. We have our own so it doesn't matter but it just seems very out of step with the times.

When one travels a lot especially for business you always have several favorite with me. The hallways and rooms have the very special warmth and depth to them, while the public areas are just that public area's ! Well run and well trained service staff that one would expect at a Hyatt property. Highly recommend staying here !

Good as all other Hyatts. The bathroom is bigger than the room itself. :) Perfect location in downtown. Paid internet though...
