What a nice property. Mark the bell captain gives great service. He even remembered my name for 5 days, 4 nights. The hotel staff is accommodating for a late checkout (1pm) even though they were extremely busy and 95% full. The concierge Susan was very informative with transportation to SeaTac airport and just nice to talk too. If you are...

My husband and I stayed at the Red Lion for a week, partly for a business convention and then we stayed a few extra days for a little get away. My first impression of the hotel was that it modern, clean and well appointed. The location could not have been better. I arrived from the airport by light rail (my...

I stayed here on May 18th. The hotel itself is nice but once ten o'clock came that all went out the window. Call it bad luck but we had loud tenants on both sides of us. One side started making noise at ten and then I guess they went out oly to come back around two am . After numerous...

Stayed here for 4 nights during the first week of May. We requested a quiet floor and we were assigned a double bed on the 20th floor but away from the Puget Sound view. The room was fairly large, was quiet at night, and cleaned well by housekeeping. There was one morning that the water did not get warm enough...

I pray that our stay will be a lot better than our experience with their customer no service receptionist. They have a guarenteed price match promo which says they will match and beat by 10%. When I told her...

The room was spacious but the bath was around two corners--which we thought odd; the heating/cooling system was the best we've experienced in any hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the internet service (included) worked well.
The place was spotlessly clean.
Parking was...

I believe that any hotel can train their staff to say 'please and thank you' and 'enjoy your stay', but how they deal with unexpected situations is the real measure of good service.
My husband, two young children and I stayed at this hotel Mar. 25 -27th. Check in was smooth. Because I was hoping for a quiet room, they...

Newly remodeled hotel, super clean, comfy beds, friendly/helpful staff and awesome location in the heart of Seattle. Parking at $40 per day was not pleasant but typical of any downtown location.
