My daughter and I stayed here while checking out Seattle colleges and universities. It is walking distance to Seattle U and easily accessible by transit to many tourist destinations. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the room was clean and comfortable and staff were warm and welcoming.

Probably my bad for not researching more but I was not expecting common bathrooms. Place is very clean, rooms are no frills, local decent.
