What a disgrace this hotel is !!! Grungiest hotel I have ever seen !! The place is scary, possibly dangerous deffinitely sketchy and all round dismal and pathetic. The manager refuses to return phone calls and obviously doesnt care one iota about customer service at all. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! You will regret it.

This hotel is atrocious. The rooms are small, dark, dingy, and unkempt. We have stayed at the hojo in the past was always very pleasant, but this last time was terrible very dirty, the employees looked very much like they didn't like their job, and the security was so intimadating was a paying customer and they looked at us like we were criminals. I will not be staying at that hotel again.

Friends of ours stayed at this hotel last night and woke up with bedbugs on them! When they went to the front desk clerk she said, "Oh yah, we've been getting some complaints about that".... WHAT!?!? Until they completely tear out the beds and replace carpeting, I would avoid this hotel.
