We had an extended stay at the Millennium in March for 3 weeks and this was our 5th stay with them. The rooms are nice, beds very comfortable and the front desk manager & staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant & pub also on the whole have great customer service and good food, albeit a bit pricey, but for... More

We were only here one night in April. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was quite roomy and well set up. We stayed here 20 yrs ago when it was a different property and the room have not changed much since then. I like the bathroom sink area separate from the bath and the sep counter sink area... More

Stayed here a couple of times now. Located next to the airport. It has a very rustic, old world charm. It you are looking for a Hilton type property, this isn't it. The hotel is old and in need of major updates. But, you get what you pay for...and the pricing is good if you are trying to save money.... More

TV was broken, interent was broken all evening. Windows in hall were open and had fans blowing air out, meanwhile the heat was on full blast in the stairwells keeping the room very warm. This place needs to clean up it's act, the rooms need modern TVs that don't rely on fickle cable boxes, the partially removed track lighting needs... More

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip with 4 co-workers. I had not stayed at this property in years and I was quite surprised at how downtrodden the property had become since my last stay. The revolving door was broken when I arrived and there was yellow safety tape around it. There were a few hazard cones... More

I stayed last year on a business trip and this was the hotel recommended by the secretary at the office. I was assigned a room way down yonder in the pawpaw patch from the lobby, but the next day I had to call the front room about someone smoking next door; this is supposed to be a NON smoking hotel.... I conduct mid-size trainings that often include making accommodation arrangements for our participants...this can get quite hectic. We held our training on April 5th and 6th at the Millennium and I couldn't be happier! Even though there were some issues with the phone system (they were in the middle of an upgrade) staff were friendly and professional at all times.... More

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and the service has gotten progressively worse. The restaurant downstairs is a plus, as well as the free wifi and airport shuttle, but there are too many negatives for me to recommend ths hotel to anyone. The first night we arrived, we called the shuttle to pick us... More

This is a good hotel, though not perfect. It could use a little more maintenance, and they charge for their business computer (though they do have free wireless). The room was clean and in good shape.

I liked staying here...the decor is interesting and it lets you know you're in Alaska. The room I had was layed out nicely and was clean. The restaurant had good food, with a reindeer sausage omelet on the menu. I did have a problem with the bill, but it got straightened out.
