This accomodation is fair. Rooms are large according to the US standard. the services could be better. For example I called from the airport for their shuttle, the reception told me that they will be arrived in few minutes, but after waiting 30 minutes I had to catch a taxi. We stayed here our last two nights of our vacation. The employees were very friendly and nice. The room was clean. Not as roomy as the one at University Lake. Bed was comfortable but found it hard to sleep because of the pillows. Breakfast was good. There was a Pizza Hut and an Outback restaurant within walking distance to eat... More

The hotel was well located for us as we were actually visiting a few places outside of downtown and so this made it easy to get around. The room was very spacious, well decorated and clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate and they even had chupa chupa lollies on the reception desk!

Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).

my only complaint with this hotel is that they turned off the water midday for several hours to do maintenance. When they turn off the water, it should only be for 1-2 hours maximum. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, well maintained and good value when booked through Expedia.

Nervous Aussies with rental car driving on right hand side. Needed to stay in a quieter part of town. Very pleasant staff. Basic but great breakfast -something for everyone. This is your typical Marriott Hotel with the same look and amenities as all the other Springhill Suites. A nice clean hotel with a kind staff. However I just dont understand the outrageous price.
