We loved the look and feel of the outside. Lots of green, Spanish tile, walkway outside room. The inside definitely needs updating. Bed sinks in middle, carpet and chairs are worn. Just a little bit of cosmetic change would do wonders!! Close to main historic area. Can walk there and a nice reprieve from the hustle/Bustle of Vegas.

Very nice motel and convenient to Lake Mead NRA and Las Vegas. The second floor rooms are equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cabinets, dishes, table) and a nice-size bathroom. A decent motel, but nothing special. Floor of the room could have been vacuumed better. I found a nickel and some old snack nuts under one of the chairs. Would I stay here again? Only if I had to be in Boulder City.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and they allowed our medium sized dog. It's close to lots of great restaurants with outdoor seating and grassy areas to walk the dog, which is perfect after driving all day and not wanting to drive any where to eat. It's an older well maintained motel.
