It's a typical Comfort Inn, and that's a good thing. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, friendly staff. Downside: eggs are the consistency of over-sized rice which makes them hard to eat with a small, plastic fork.

We stayed here last weekend during a visit to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha. For the price we paid, it was a very great deal. The hotel is not too big, so there wasn't much traffic.
