We enjoyed the location and the service. There was a Creighton game. There were 2 different acoustic musicians performing Tanner played country and rock. Jeremy played classics and 90s rock. They were both very talented. The lobby is so big with a wonderful bar, and the music (which is free) was a real treat while we hung out. They are opening a restaurant on the arena side. I took a tour of the construction site and it was beautiful in there. They will be adding a real gem.

Hotel's Favourite
Great hotel connected to the conference center. Room was great with very cold AC. In room coffee was actually good. Rooms recently remodeled. Make sure you close your door shut, my door would not close on its own. Great commutation from the staff. Bar is very nice, a bit pricey. Tons of equipment in the gym including a peloton, women’s only dry sauna - preheat before you use. But no water in the gym. Pool and hot tub clean. I was granted a late checkout to noon.

The staff were attentive, accommodating, and just downright nice human beings who are very good at their jobs. An orchestra of smart, caring people who took care of me at a difficult time in my life. I am forever grateful. I needed a blanket in the middle of the night, called the front desk, and was informed that they only have comforters, "will that do?" A few minutes later found me greeting Jake from Security, not from State Farm, who was bearing a fluffy bundle of warmth just for me. I later learned that room 8-114 was on the cold end of the building. I would encounter Jake later on, bearing a wheelchair when I needed it. His title should be Budding Executive in Charge of Comforting Humans. Melissa from the front desk was so friendly and caring, she wanted to meet up with me during my stay but never got the time. I was there for the Eagles concert (not football to the random person in the elevator) and she wanted to see my outfit before walking over to the concert venue, and wanted to see me when I got back to make sure I returned safely. I needed Benadryl in the middle of the night and Melissa made sure I got some if she had to Door Dash it herself, which is exactly what happened. Lovely Carmen brought it to my door. Terrence, bar keep extraordinaire, kept me fed and watered during my stay, and was a delight to spend time with. A true gentleman with warm hands who continued to call me Madame even after several requests to call me by my first name. He apologized profusely over some delayed french toast, only to explain later that chef Chloe was not happy with the first batch. She made the right choice to serve me late perfection rather than on-time substandard food. With a limited kitchen and no restaurant due to COVID, the staff worked miracles to keep the food going. Katie, the artist of drinks, was friendly and attentive. She trained Terrence. Housekeeping staff and a lovely young lady named Echo, left me undisturbed for my entire 4-day stay at my request, bringing only what I asked for at the appropriate time. I still would like to know what the colored circle shaped magnets were for on the door jambs of many rooms. I thought they were to indicate the status of a partially cleaned room. Michaela, at the front desk for checkout, thought they pertained to ongoing construction in the guest rooms. Another staff person thought it might be a scavenger hunt. Lastly, Deshonn served me breakfast on my last day, a delightful rerun of toast from France. His favorite color is lime green. A reason to go to Omaha? Stay at the Hilton and talk to the staff, a hardworking bunch of caring people truly caring for other people.

My wife and I attended an event at the Hilton Omaha. It was a great experience overall. Food was delicious, parking was convenient and the service pleasant from all that we encountered. The lobby bar had live music as there was some sort of sporting event across the street at the CHI Center. Made for a fun atmosphere!

The hotel was very clean and quite. The hotel staff (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, valet parking) were great, always polite and professional. As soon as I pulled up to the hotel I was welcomed. The hotel and valet costs are cost friendly.

Overall a nice hotel. We were a bit dismayed that we found little short black hairs all over the shower and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise our room seemed to be reasonably clean. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so everything still looks very nice. The bar encompasses most of the lobby area. You can also order food which was mediocre for what the price was. Especially breakfast which was almost $50 for two people. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. The only other negative was our second night there was a group somewhere near our room partying, playing music very loud and people laughing and talking loudly. It kept us awake, I wouldn't think a hotel like this would allow that. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the arena where we had tickets to see Jeff Dunham. Would we stay at the Omaha Hilton again? Probably not, rooms are too expensive as is the food and the cocktails. I don't think you get the best bang for your buck here.

What a great location right next to the CHI Health arena and old market for great dining. It is also really conveniently situated to the airport. They do offer airport shuttle which was nice. It was a longer drive to get to any of the shopping malls. Staff was generally friendly. Make sure to request any housekeeping as they only complete this upon request.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly. The location is excellent and convenient. The only thing I would say from booking off of TripAdvisor is to account for parking which is higher than a lot of similar places in the area, but IS super convenient as well. Just a bit of a surprise and not really the hotel's fault as their website lays that out in the fine print.

Avg size rooms, but nice. And clean. Huge indoor pool, hot tub and work out room. Parking expensive but easy and plentiful. Right across from the arena and baseball stadium. Walking distance to old Town and Leahy mall. Restaurants and bars on sight, AND Starbucks. Though service was slow there. A little store on sight too.
