They have been trying to clean up the place and I give them kudoes for doing so...but still some character flaws....ie. spills not cleaned up after a couple days, doors missing from freezer in room, missing luggage rack etc. keep trying....I like the location and generally a good place to stay.

Everything was great, from the efficient check-in, to the clean room & facilities, and being greeted by staff every time we passed. The room was quiet, comfortable, and they provided a nice breakfast in the morning. Also, the hot tub was the right temp and chlorine level. We have stayed in another place in the area, but would return here.

Even though this is a low price hotel, it is worth your time. The staff are very nice and we found the rooms to be clean and mostly well kept. This was our families second visit to this hotel. We had a great time as we do at all Hampton Inn hotels. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, and the pool was well maintained. I stayed at this facility recently and noticed most of the staff (front desk especially) has no idea what they are doing. My recommendation to the hotel would be to train your staff more thoroughly before letting them work a shift on their own. Thanks.
