A perfectly located resort on one the most beautiful beaches of Europe, however the rooms are not THE BEST, they are clean and fine, the extraordinary view covers everything. Food is perfect -except breakfasts- , staff are kind with the least English knowledge though! beach and pool are enjoyable enough.

My husband & I booked a last minute holiday through Travelzoo to escape the British rain. Unfortunately two days after we arrived,Sardinia was.hit by torrential storms so bad that it dominated the.news! But despite the horrific weather we had a wonderful time at Castelsardo Resort Village. We were staying in the 600 block which from other reviews sounds like it... More

My husband and I got a travelzoo deal staying a week (last week Sept), as it turned out last week of season and hotel closing around us! Forget 4* as others have said. Best - 1.Excellent refurbished rooms (100/400,500,600), king bed, power shower, bidet etc all have lovely views of sea/cove. 2. Position on north coast overlooking Castelsardo with good... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Castelsardo Resort Village mainly due to the beautiful setting but found that the accommodation and service was not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The Good: The hotel has a lovely beach just a short walk from the resort and most bungalows have unspoilt views overlooking the sea in a quiet, pretty... More

just returned from this so called 4 star hotel. in reality 2 star would be more appropriate. the hotel badly needs refurbishing and the older rooms are extremely basic and would barely qualify even for 2 star rating. The food was plentiful during our stay but always cold. Hidden extras include paying 3 euros per day for the entertainment which... More

We stayed half board for a one week in August, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience in Castlesorda resort village. The resort is in a beautiful setting; the combination of the green hilly area with sea made a heaven for the birds! We loved the structures of the buildings; bungalows and the greenery of the resort. I believe we became fit... More

We booked our 5 night stay at Castelsardo Resort Village through Holidaysbooked.com. Overall it was a decent holiday for it's price. I wouldn't use holidaysbooked.com again, too difficult to get through to and didn't explain the 'hidden costs' correctly on the booking form. I'll elaborate more on this later..... If you're looking for brits abroad, this isn't the place to... More

My boyfriend and I just came back from 5 days spent at Castelsardo Resort VilLage. We stayed at room 503, great room, spacious, big comfy bed, balcony with spectacular seaview, nice bathroom with a great shower and air conditioning. Close to the pool which had its downside - the night entertainment music was VERY loud and it went on until... More

Just back from a 6 night stay at this hotel. Bit apprehensive on arrival, charge for using sun beds by the pool thought this would be included in the cost of this holiday, as with every other hotel I have stayed in....
