I've stayed at this Courtyard about 4 times within the last year, it's a clean, well kept hotel although some of the fixtures, etc. are a bit outdated. The room rate jumps around quite significantly throughout the year.

Stayed for just one night but all was expected for a Courtyard. Front desk was pleasant, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included but buffet was reasonably priced and they made eggs to order if you asked. Stayed here for a college visit, would recommend and stay here again.

I'd rate this as an average courtyard experience, which unfortunately is the best you can expect in the immediate Lowell area. PLUS: friendly staff makes you feel you are genuinely welcome.
