“Dirty hotel, lazy housekeeping”

The room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. We complained to the front desk, they sent up the housekeeper with a scented spray instead of moving us. Turned out the smell was from the fact the housekeeper smokes, and it permeates the floor and all the rooms that individual cleans. The sheets had a brown stain on them- instead... More

“Nice downtown spot”

Nice hotel in a decent location. Only real issue was the size of the bed. We stayed in a 'Priority Suite' and the bed was a full / double. So my wife and I poked and bumped each other through the night, but overall a nice spot.

“Great Service!”

“Awkward location, but nice rooms”

Chose this for a weekend getaway to Richmond. The rooms were clean and spacious, it is located in an awkward area though and it's a bit of a walk or drive to anywhere. The pool area looked nice, but was unkept with dirty towels lying around. Didn't have the chance to eat at the restaurant.

“Reasonably Priced Business Meeting Venue”

If you are looking for a good location and reasonable priced business meeting venue this is the place to consider. Catering management staff (Deanna) did a great job for a lunch we hosted there several weeks ago.

the stay in the crowne plaza richmond downtown in richmond VA has been a great one with a wonderful view.... the only issue was the shower. the speed of water in the shower was very very very slow... apart from that a great stay... we stayed for 3 nights.

“Nice overall, but showing its age”

This hotel has plenty of good attributes, but this location is beginning to show some age. Good points: Restaurant, bar, location, parking, shuttle, an great service Bad Points: Wear and Tear is not managed as well as most other hotels.
