PROS: very large rooms, lovely large sitting area, lovely lobby, VERY well run/great service super beds, very nice breakfast (much better than other chains like Marriott)..oh those pastries - where do they get them from...... Found this en route through richmond. First time in a hyatt place hotel, and picked it because of the Hyatt name... It has a lot of the elegance of a Hyatt without the price-tag. I am frequently in Richmond for business but this was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I am usually on the other end of town. The hotel had large rooms, up to date decor and a very friendly staff. This would be my first choice of places to stay any time I am back in this area.

They are always consistent..good, clean rooms that are very comfortable when traveling and the beds are great!

Absolutely best hotel in the area. Very modern, clean rooms. Great complimentry breakfast. Staff is very friendly & helpful. We stay here everytime we are in the area. Highly recommend!!!
