I stayed here for a meeting for one night. The room was recently updated and was fresh and clean. The bathroom was not renovated, and the wallpaper was very old and peeling. We stayed at Koger for a family wedding. The location is wonderful for accessing nearly every spot in Richmond. The hotel was excellent in all aspects, but perhaps the best aspect was the accommodating and friendly staff. I would recommended the Koger Holiday Inn highly.

“Comfortable and good location”

Stayed here for a soccer tournament with my son. Amenities were generally good (pool, workout room), beds were comfortable and hotel was relatively quiet, even with a DJ down in the ballroom until past midnight. Free breakfast is not sufficient, though--better to hit something on Midlothian Turnpike, where there are plenty of choices.
