“Good Hotel but the tubs are dirty”

This hotel needs work - paint, some tidying up. I arrived without a reservation (reservation was made for wrong dates - my fault not theirs), the guy who checked me in couldnt find the reservation, but as he was just covering for his colleague, she showed me to a room.
