I stayed at the Days Inn in Richmond, on 2100 Dickens Rd. and had an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and the attendant, Blair, was very accommodating and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived kinda late.......front desk offered me a late check out, and I didn't have to ask..........Most hotels should offer that as a cutomer service.......I didn't get a chance to checkout the continental breakfast, because I slept sooo late, but there is a Denny's right next door.......Great customer service...

Poor front desk service. Rooms and hallways requiring upkeeping. Elevator door requires adjustment not to close on guests or luggage following you.
