The hotel stay was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was great every day. My room was kept very immaculate by the staff. A overall A++ experience.

The folks working the desk were very service oriented. When the safe in the room did not work, the desk manager offered to let us use a safe deposit box in the office, and gave us the key to hold while our possessions were in the box.

My husband and I traveled well over 150 miles, took time off from work to spend a weekend in Richmond with lots of family who traveled farther for a wedding. We expected to be put on the same floor per our request. That did not happen. We were given no washcloths or extra toilet paper. The room was nice but... More
