It is what you pay for. Dirty elevators and smoke smell is terrible through out the hotel. Breakfast is descent and bed was comfy. Wont stay again but it wasn't the worst I've stayed at. Only recommend it for these reasons: friendly staff, comfy bed, good breakfast, cheap price.

Excellent hotel, accommodations and service. Rooms were truly pet-friendly. Everything was neat, very clean, and well-appointed. The room was in excellent condition.

While traveling to NY, my family and I looked for a pet friendly motel and we found the La Quinta Inn in Richmond, VA. The room was great and the pets had a great time too!

Good location and price for our need. Could hear the person next door snore till 4am in the morning. Have stayed at much nicer LaQuintas.

Stayed her 2 nights while exploring colleges in area. Great rate, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. A good La Quinta - and of course dog friendly. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again if in area.

Upon checking in -- expecting $60ish room rate . The clerk presented me with a $94 invoice. When i aggressively requested an explanation, the "small" man that was LQ's rep just tore up the paperwork and said goodbye . Across the street was another hotel that provided me with the 60$ rate and that clerk was very courteous.

In town for a dog show, staff very accomodating to dogs, had noisy neighbors sat night but staff quickly quitened them down, breakfast good, rooms clean, beds comfortable will stay here for next years show
