spent a week here. Four of us shared a two bedroom apartment costing €9.70 each. This included a cooked buffet breakfast, cereals, cheese, cold meat, yoghurt, breads, cakes. etc. Our apartment was a sea view, one big bedroom/ small balcony(perhaps a little noisy from the street below. Big kitchen: no cutlery or crockery included free of charge from reception(perhaps a... More

Have just returned from 13 nights at the Qawra Point, and although being a bit worried after reading some mixed reviews,we were very happy with our stay here. Ok,it's not the Ritz and like many hotels in Malta it's a little old fashioned, but we found it was all part of the charm. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom... More

First trip I had with daughter (27)and time I stayed in this hotel and first visit to Malta. Basic accomodation. Cleaned daily. Kitchen no cutlery or plates pointless. Had a microwave. Tv you had to pay for remote but one with a bit of knowledge could still use TV without it. Pillows so flat had stiff neck. Didn't like the... More

This hotel was a big disappointment to say the least. Firstly, we were booked in for 2x two bedroom accommodation, but one of the rooms was only one room with two single beds and we wanted a double. We were told that they could not change our room to even one room with a double bed as they were full.... More

We spent 9 days at this hotel during February/ early March. As we'd only paid 14 euros a night (including breakfast) we were apprehensive about what sort of hotel it was, & researched Tripadvisor & elsewhere much more carefully than we normally would. Most of the comments made by other people who've stayed here - good & bad - are... More

this is a pretty basic hotel. The hotel itself was clean enough, but very basic, no pots or pans, cups or plates, nothing at all. There was no where to sit in the living area only plastic garden chairs, which took half an hour to get through the door onto the balcony, which wasnt big enough to swing a cat. The... More

we visited Malta for 3rd time. First 2 years we were in Sliema, Fortina. Last year we were not satisfide. As we had time we cross island to find nice possible location for this year. Qwavra was our choice. We found this hotel over net. Considering the price I started to do my back up plan already, but as we... More

My mum and I went to Qawra. We thought we had booked the Bella Vista Hotel (a review for this will follow), but we were taken to the Qawra Point Holiday Complex. Obviously I was expecting a wonderful indoor and outdoor pool with jacuzzi, what we got was an inflatable pool downstairs just out the back of the Complex and... More

We knew when we booked our holiday that the Qawra Hotel Holiday Complex was not a 5 star hotel but never expected to share bedroom space. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for our group of 4 adults. What we found when we got into our apartment was that the bedrooms were linked i.e. to enter and leave one bedroom... More
