Typical fare for Courtyard. Property has been around a long time, but still does the job. Location is a little off the path for most, but if you know how to get on/off of 285 and 400, it works well. Got a great weekend rate for marriott rewards members ($55).

They just finished renovating with a bit of construction going on yet. The rooms are very nice and they have a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and nice workout facilities. Very modern lounge in the lobby area with comfy seating.

The atmosphere was quiet. Breakfast was good; staff friendly. There is a shuttle for up to 3 miles. The hotel is clean.. The bed was comfortable. The location of this Marriott was convenient if you need to visit St. Joseph hospital. I stayed a week and would recommend this Marriott.
