I got a good rate on the weekend and was pleasently surpised with the stay. The room was nice, although close to the expressway, room noise wasn't bad. The pool area was nice, and the parking was free. Nice choice in the Cumberland/Galleria area.

Every staff member that I met was truly welcoming and helpful! The staff is on par with the finest five star hotels! The beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, great soaps.etc. The only two negative were in the tech dept. No free wifi in rooms, and the TV was not able to connect to my DVD player.

When one member of our group got sick, the staff was incredibly caring and helpful with advice (closest urgent care center and pharmacies) as well as providing a free shuttle to take us where we needed to go. They even had a wheelchair we could borrow. They made a very unpleasant situation much better with their willingness to help!

Recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for 4 days on business. Very pretty hotel, accomodating staff, free local shuttle,close to MARTA train station.
