The door jam was rotting, there was a HUGE stain on the floor. Mold in 2 places in the bathroom. Bathroom also needs recaulking. Baseboards missing in several places. It was so bad, I could bring myself to walk barefoot across the floor or even take a shower!

Stayed for a one night stop on the way to Gainseville area. I enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. It was a little of country in the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location - all the things I look for in a hotel stay. Will definitely return for the hospitality and, of course, the cookies.
