As a Hilton Honors member, I've often stayed at ES but this one was by far the worst. I stayed from 5/6-5/11. The room smelled extremely moldy. I turned up the air but the odor only got worse. The furniture was worrn and rusty. I hardly every complain but after 2 days I'd had enough. I asked the front desk... More

This has to be the worst of all Hilton Properties when it comes to cleanliness. The room was horrible. When i first got to the room - it had a musty smell. I checked the air setting to see if that would help. Well, the air didn't work. I called the front desk and she sent someone up to fix... More

Traveling to Atlanta on the weekend for a show. This property was reasonably priced. Check in was efficient and the employee were friendly. The valet parking was very good. We left an item in our vehicle and it was retrieved for us when we requested it. The rooms are clean and the furnishings up to date. A very comfortable quiet... More

This is the second ES I've stayed in and it was reasonably nice. Overpriced parking and valet service at $20/24 daily, but that's apparently the going rate in Buckhead. Lousy online speed... definitely not worth the $10 daily charge, but they removed it upon complaint. Recommend that ES start installing dehumidifiers in the rooms, as the atrium makes the room... This was my third stay at the Embassy Suites in Buckhead. It started out a little problematic but the Front office staff and General manager stepped in to right away. The room was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. Additionally their housekeeping department does a great job. I am a clean freak and I always check everything when I get... More

It had been a handful of years since I'd stayed here...and it's the same experience I had from a few years or so ago. If you're a fan/regular of the Embassy Suites chain, I found no surprises here...from the way the hotel is set up to the manager's reception to the breakfast. Reception snacks were different both days I was... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Buckhead while attending the NCAA basketball games. Great location in Buckhead, but not what I usually expect at that chain. We had a large group with arranged transportation to the games. The guest loading and unloading area in front of the hotel is a disaster. There is barely enough room for 2 cars to... More

Dear Customer: We appreciate your concern very much since it focuses on two of our greatest challenges when we are extremely busy; getting many vehicles parked from a small spot given the hotel’s size and serving our world famous cooked-to-order Complimentary Breakfast to overwhelming demand. Usually, even when we are sold out, we have a pretty good handle on how... More

We stayed in this hotel for a girls night out for a birthday. Check-in went smooth but the room smelled very musty /smokey. We also called for extra pillows & they said they were out- yikes! They have a nice atrium & breakfast was very good- but very crowded! The biggest issue was the valet parking the next morning. My... More

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead while attending a conference in the area. I had decided on this hotel since it was across the street from the conference site and the price was the best of my options in the area at ~$140/night AMA rate. There were some definite perks about this hotel, including a free full breakfast... More

Just attended a week long session at Embassy Suites in Atlanta. The accommodations were excellent and the business office staff responsive. Only caveat is the breakfast service. They are not able to staff nor prep for the volume of visitors. Every morning they ran out of silverware, dishes, napkins ( they used paper towels instead), and so on. It is... More
