“Great staff”

The room was average, clean but a few hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was typical Hampton menu. It was the service that made the difference! The front desk people were outstanding! I'd stay again simply because of them.

“Quiet, safe and friendly staff”

We stayed her for the second time. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average for a Hampton but the staff person was on the ball and made sure guest were satisfied and all the food was presented well.

“Starting to show wear”

Granted, we were spoiled when this location was farily new however, it is now past time to update! Stayed this past weekend and was disappointed as it was no where close to being what it had been. “Hampton Inn great staff!”

Everyone in the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and this staff is one of the best I have encountered - especially at this level of hotel. Accommodations are the typical Hampton Inn rooms and Breakfast, but the staff makes this a great place to stay.

“Really Good Location”

Hotel location is really good with every amenity in a 1 mile radius (restaurants, mall, grocery store/drugstore etc.). Rooms are a little small and but been updated. Soundproofing could have been better as I could hear the guy down the hall coughing all night. Workout room is very tiny! Overall a pretty good stay in a very convenient location.

The service has deteriorated since our last stay in January when we brought two other couples with us. The air conditioner/heating unit in our room was very loud making it difficult to sleep. The location is excellent but the rooms need some upgrades.
