Stayed Friday night. Check in under 5 minutes. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was great. Will stay again.
I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns but co-worked booked this Courtyard. I thought it was pretty tired, especially the gym. Room was so-so, pretty small. Prefer more of a full service type restaurant for breakfast, not the counter type service. Not much of a lounge. I would not stay here again if I had the choice.
I enjoyed my weekend stay (fri check-in through sun morning) here not only because the location was centrally close to a lot of great places, but the employees and their hospitality were awesome! I was very impressed with the lobby area (newly renovated with modern, bright furniture)...fantastic! I thought the huge touchscreen monitor was pretty neat! The bistro bar served...

My husband booked this hotel for $45 on Priceline. We stayed at this hotel while driving home from Florida to Indianapolis. Check-in was quick and easy, and we found the staff to be friendly.
We had a room with two king beds. The room had beautifully modern decor and was very clean. But it was a bit small for our...

Quick overnight visit, on our way out of town. We had not been to the Cumberland Mall area in years. The hotel has been renovated...has the "New Courtyard" look. Bistro/Bar in the lobby. We had a little trouble at check-in, we couldn't find some needed paperwork. Courtney at the Front Desk was very patient and helpful. We requetsed a feather...

We usually only stay at Marriott hotels because you pretty much know what you are getting and that is usually a clean, safe, consistent, stay. This was NOT true AT ALL for this hotel. We stayed here as a a little break "staycation" . We just wanted to treat our daughter to a fun night swimming. From check in to...

I am very sorry to read about your unpleasant experience. I can understand your frustration and dissatisfaction based on your review. I apologize for failing to meet your expectations. In response, let me mention a few things. We are replacing all of our mattresses and box springs this year. Also, we did have a bad "batch" of key cards. Those...

My room was on the 5th floor, with a king bed. the room had potential, but there were tons of ladybugs in the room. I killed so many. I didn't really get good nights sleep here. I stayed for 2 nights because i had meetings nearby. The location is good if you have meetings in the building across the way....

Stayed three nights here while away on business and I would definately stay here again. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable (great beds and pillows). Flat screen TV was a nice touch. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle service operates within 3miles of the hotel and it is readily available for guests. Breakfast was quick, tasty, and...

This is a very nice property in Northern Atlanta. Just off Cumberland Parkway, it is right across the street from a very nice Mall that has numerous top drawer restaurants within walking distance including Maggiano's, Cheesecake Factory and Ted's Montana Grill. The staff was courteous and professional and the breakfast food was very good. Recommend for sure.
