I stayed at the Fairview Inn for three days while I was in Atlanta for work. I needed a quiet and comfortable place after long day at work. The hotel was close to downtown. Staff was very helpful and nice. I will definitely stay at this location when I travel to Atlanta in the future.

My wife and kids stayed here last year and everything was OK. The new management has upgraded many of the public areas and guest rooms and it is much nicer! We enjoyed the convenient location, friendly staff and free continental breakfast. A-OK.

This establishment is a massive waste. The hotel is dirty, fixtures broken, unsafe location. It has unsavory characters lurking around at all times. Pimps and prostitutes operate out of this hotel and make no attempt at been discreet. This property is an absolute dump. Our room was filthy, linens were dirty, the carpet full of cigarette burns and the bathroom was a real mess.
