The lodge is a great spot for exploring Mesa Verde. Ask for an upgraded Kiva room. Some rooms have views. The rooms are small with 2 very comfy double Beds with a nice comforter and good pillows. Coffee maker and refrigerator are also in the rooms.

While the rooms are 60's vintage park service, with relatively thin walls, we found everything to be comfortable and clean. Each room has a private balcony, from which one can enjoy great views.
