The employess were very nice and attended nicely to my questions about the area. I thought it was run very well. I thought the property was a good bargin and really fit my needs. The Manager came out and greeted me warmly, what a pleasant surprise for a Holiday inn.

This hotel lived up to everything that I imagined it would and worse. The decor was very tired and the room smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and dirty people. Visiting family in Frederick and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Very friendly staff and clean room. TV was a little old. Left my iphone charger and they called and had the van drop it off at the airport for me.. THey went over and beyond what I expected. Ill be back!

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, perhaps ever. We ordered a non-smoking room, but how would you know. The stairwells and halls were choking with smoke. The room was too. A fairly average stay for one night with a room which was a bit dark. We were grateful for access via a side door as we had heavy rain and we were able to park close by that door, which helped keep us dry. We were there at a weekend and it did get very busy at breakfast on Sunday... More

The hotel is at large an average HIE but the room was tiny. No place to put a suitcase. The tv reception was poor, wifi free but slow and no fitness center.
