We appreciate the feedback from all guests, especially repeat guests. This is how we continually improve and get one step closer to perfect. The place should have absolutely been clean and there should have been no trace of dog hair or anything else for that matter. As the owner, I intend to look into these claims personally. There were no... More

We spent 4 nights at the Inn and it was perfect. Exactly like the photos, etc. We stayed in the "Sheriff Room". It was clean, very comfortable, downtown Camp Verde, near everything. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were to die for, so comfortable my husband wanted to take his home. It was very quiet, one floor,... More

My husband and I spent two nights at Territorial Town Inn. We stayed in the Outlaw room. It was very comfortable and just the right size. The room was very clean and quiet. The price was very reasonable and we even got the AAA discount. It was great being within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit in... More

This is our second stay at TTI; first was Sept 2011. All changes we noticed were FOR THE BETTER! Added picnic/BBQ area, new towels (old ones were kinda thin), previously excellent service from Wendy is now even better -- what more can I say. This time I used the online reservation system (last time I phoned) and it went smoothly... More

This is our second trip to the Territorial Town Inn. We always stay in the Outlaw with the king bed. The room was very clean as usual and we had a great time yet again. Wendy is really friendly and knows the whole area. There is a new restaurant/saloon called the Horn nearby which we were able to walk to.... More

We needed a place to stay by the Out of Africa Safari, so we found that "hotel" on the internet. Price was right: by getting the package of 2 nights stay and 4 tickets to the Safari we basically got the same price as park entrance by itself. That was very NICE and deciding factor. Motel looks like a barn... More

I am admittedly confused by this review because it mostly sounds like they are complimenting us, but not really. I am glad the guest agreed that we represent a terrific value (and we do), but we are not what would be considered a “cheap” place. I also am pleased they spoke of our big rooms, comfy beds and cleanliness. I... More

This hotel was not bad. But I wouldn't want to stay there again. They have NO curtains, only blinds. Which wouldn't be that bad, except they have lights shining in your room all night. THere was also no phone, no clock, and the rules seem sort of snobby. But when you got there, the staff was mostly nice. The view... More

First, I would like to thank this guest for the kind words about the nice view and very clean rooms. However, this guest is completely incorrect about the light and clocks. We have beautiful very high-end thick blinds and all rooms also have an alarm clock. The rules are not meant to be snobby, but are intended to be helpful... More

I was greated by Wendy at reception who was friendly and helpfull in providing information on Camp Verde. As an Australian visiting for the first time into this area of the USA I was made to feel quiet welcome to this geologically central Arizona town. Rooms were very clean and tastefully furnished in traditionally western style. Meals can be ordered... More

My family stayed at the Territorial Inn in February 2012. We were going to stay in Sedona, but decided to give this place a chance since it looked so nice and was less expensive. We had a terrific time. The place has the look and feel of the wild west and the rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds.... More
