I stayed at this hotel 4 times in March and April 2011 for business. each trip was taken 6 days. It started with the reception staff being rude, arrogant and unfriendly. Then they gave us a wrong room, which we had to change. The next room was horrible. That is my second visit for business purposes. The Elmas Restaurant in this hotel offers very good and high quality meals every time. However, I was disappointed with the sound insulation of the rooms. You might change a lot of rooms if you are bothered of families with crying babies that are at high levels in this hotel.
