“Treehouse hostal away from the parties.”

We stayed at Esperanto Hostel during Semana Santa. It is really nice and my favorite part were hammocks on the third floor, best place to take an afternoon nap overlooking the ocean. After coresponding with the owner Jorge via email he confirmed that he had booked 2 beds for us for 2 nights. We really sorry about your hard time, after my investigation, i found you never did the downpayment of the 50 % ,, it was just a Verbal intention you will go to the hostel, but you do not paid a reservation in advance at all Alicia who works in the reception, had tasked a recepit, to and you never show... More

A nice hostel located away from the main party center of montanita. Its close enough that you don't feel left out but far enough away that the partying till 4am wont keep you awake. Its clean and simple with a friendly staff.

Stayed for 2 nights, practically on the beach, quiet, clean, good views, incredible service. We had the pleasure of the company the two main employees, Peppe at night and Allysina (definitely spelled incorrectly) during the days. “Esperanto Hostal wonderful place in Montañita - Ecuador”

one of the best places in Montañita, I was in july with my girlfriend. The hostel has a terrace with a wonderful view in front of the sea. located very close to the beach and the center of Montanita Very recommended. Gustavo

Beautiful Hostel, new and clean. Best view of the beach, with hammocks and a nice place to hang out. All of the ecological touches are really nice, like the toilets! Really close to the beach, but not right in the middle of town which is always best! Don't miss it if you are in montañita!!

“best place in montanita”

A great place to enjoy Montanita, Located in a quiet area by the sea and only a 5 min walk to the center of Montanita. Rooms are clean and the very friendly staff offers great service. Amazing view from the terrace of the beach, the ocean is stunning. Recommended!

if you are going to montanita is beacuase whether you are going to surf and party or just party like me haha..so all you need is a comfortable,clean and nice place to stay. esperanto hostel has also an awesome view and the people who work there are always pleasured to serve you. I totally recommend it!

The Hostel is great and the service is excelent. There is peace and tranquility in the hostel which contrast with the crazyness (in a good way) you see in Montañita.
