A clean hotel and in a very convenient location. Not far from the Arena, restaurants and breweries. Thje romms are efficient, but not flashy. Two flat screen TV's, and full kitchen in all rooms. Some two bedroom/two bath suites. The complimentary breakfasts are average at best. Small exercise room. Pet friently.

Terrific location, small balcony and fireplace made this stay wonderful. Personable manager who reached out to me before my arrival was a great addition. Really liked it.

This was our first stay at this Marriott property. UTA rail only two blocks away; and takes you straight to Temple Square and the new City Creek Center Mall. Very close to the convention center (5 minute walk). Clean rooms and loved the fridge and W/D in the 2 bedroom unit.

I have stayed here a couple of times, most recently for this past week. I stayed here on business at the conference center downtown. All of the official confernece hotels were booked and I am a Marriot member so I decided to go with the Residence Inn. Stayed in a suite....Full Kitchen- Separate bedroom- FREE Wi-Fi...One of the FEW Hotels that gives Free WI Fi.. .5 mile from Salt Center Free Breakfast that was Excellent. Tues-Thurs Evening Manager Buffet dinner near Lobby..... Gate Way Shopping center close by. Staff helpful and friendly...

Stayed the week of jan 9th inti the following week. Rate $159 plus tax. Sunday the 15th and Mon the 16th the rates went to $279 plus $35 Tax. They said a convention was in town thus supply/demand. Their parking lot was half empty. I thought this was excessive.
