I really don't care about the Wi-Fi; I can find it at McDonald's down the street. I don't care about the mini kitchen and bathrooms are all about the same. I booked a priceline deal and was given this dump. I walked into the room and the bathroom floor was disgusting, the furniture was broken, and was given a handicap accessible room with a shower that barely worked. I wrote to Homestead and never heard anything back. I included photos too! Stay elsewhere, you have been warned.

Room was just OK. Hallway and stairs need cleaning. Feels marginally safe. It was my wife's recommendation, but I wouldn't recommend it.

For $60/night this place is perfect. The SugarHouse location is great for shopping and dining. Great proximity to the University. Friendly staff. Room was very adequate, clean and well appointed. Very quiet. This is my new home away from home in SLC since Chase Suites closed.

Needing a hotel in the Sugarhouse area, we opted for the Homestead Suites. Check in and check out were a breeze - and actually quite fun! Front desk clerks were pleasant and friendly. Our room was basic, but clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable. The value for the location and quality was great!

This hotel is seriously a dump and should be condemned. Mold in the shower and it takes numerous trips to the front desk to get their horrible housekeeping staff to clean a room. Not the cleanest place in the city, but it is willing to take pets (however there is a fee). Moderately clean and inexpensive. We stayed here for a couple of days, probably wouldn't stay longer. Location is excellent as you are in a neighborhood.
