The staff were really nice. The rooms were varied and unique. I love the sitting rooms on the main floor. The breakfast was really nice; dining room is lovely. Within walking distance of downtown. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the 'saltaire' room and it was gorgeous as well as comfortable. The only small downside (possibly for others but not for us) was that because the windows are original they didn't keep out all the sound. I stayed at a few days at the Inn on the Hill instead of one of the hotels downtown and wasn't disappointed. Location was walking distance from the conference center. The place is very well managed, great location, beautiful house, classy atmosphere, breakfast is an attraction in itself. It's probably one of the best hospitality experiences I had.

Booked because of the reviews on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. The Inn, room, breakfast and staff were outstanding. Within walking distance to downtown. I really appreciated the water/snacks they have available to the guests for no extra charge. We stayed in the Topaz because of size of family, but all rooms looked lovely. Highly recommend.
