Staff is polite and helpful. Nice location close to some very good restaurants that are within walking distance. We paid the extra $10 so we had a view of the marina and not the parking lot. Breakfast is very basic: toast, cereal and pastries. No fruit.

Apart from a reasonable looking lobby and its location, there is nothing remotely modern about this place. Stayed a couple of days in 3 rooms . great location by beach and museums. good value for the money , under $70. . Clean rooms. next to a subway restaurant and located downtown. one room smelled a bit musty. noisy club by the rear a block or so away.
